Easy in easy out. Everyone working at the Honda Dealership was helpful. it was my first visit and I was shown the waiting room and rest facilities. The station on the TV was entertaining, one of the home remodeling shows, I partook of a cup of coffee. As far as I know all the items checked off were performed. I have no complaints. Buying a Honda is a no-brainer, great brand and great dealerships to preform maintenance.
The worst dealership I have been too. The salesman was playing games on his phone while I was talking to him about a car that I was interested in. He was very rude and aggressive without even trying to deal with me. The sales manager comes out and says do we have a problem here to me. I wonder how you sell cars because that is the worst customer service I have seen. I took them a sales invoice from another Honda Dealership to compare prices and to see if we are able to work prices out and there was not even an attempt, better yet not even say go ahead and have a seat. I went to a Honda dealership in Sacramento and was able to get the same car for the price that I showed the invoice for. In which, that was not the concerning part. The concerning part was that someone needs to teach the sales department of the dealership on how to deal with clients or at least be nice and attentive.
Worst experience I ever had at an auto dealer was at Yuba City Honda.
Was returning a dead battery and put it up on the service counter. The guy at the counter went off on me and said now he had to clean his precious counter!
What a jerk!
The guys at the parts dept were great though and that's why I gave them two stars instead of negative 500.
But I will never return to Yuba City Honda.
I have never lived in Marysville or Yuba City. My sister lives in the area and somehow, my car always seems to needs service when I am visiting. My sister says the car knows when to come home. I have always had excellent service. Everyone is very professional and the service is fast. Thank you...until next time!
It is nice to have this location in Yuba City. Staff were very friendly and the services performed were done timely. Appreciated the knowledge of the parts department as I asked a few questions and purchased some accessories. They even cleaned the exterior of my car!
I’m so disappointed in the “service” I received here. My 2.5 yr Honda CRV BROKE down on my trip. I brought it into Yuba City Honda. They didn’t have any desire to help me (I had my disabled husband and 2 dogs with me) they said it would be about 2-3 weeks to order parts, and although it was still under my warranty it won’t be covered if it was “my fault” . They would not provide me with any help getting settled. I live in Oregon. If I wanted better service or answers they said I could call the 1-800 number. No way they were going to look into any help for me. They didn’t care-so lazy. I couldn’t stay there for the time estimated to fix the car, so I bought another car (not a Honda!) I had my mom pick up the Honda when it was repaired. The rudely gave her the key and made her go into the lot to find the car!
We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Yuba City Honda! Honestly, so far the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. Also, thanks to Woody! He was knowledgeable and professional and he made the whole process smooth all the way from inquiring about the availability of the vehicle to bringing the vehicle home! We'll definitely recommend the dealership!
Great prompt efficient service! I brought my Honda in for a smog a 4-point check and a factory recall They did everything in a timely fashion I got a nice area to relax while they worked on the vehicle I was in and out of there in about an hour which is pretty darn good. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family excellent service excellent service staff clean professional environment.
